We all have Dreams and Goals (right?) but not everyone know what to do or think about them, most of us just leave them as just dreams; some of us have big, huge Goals and Dreams and some small ones. My friends, it is just a thing of mind set and believe in yourself. Immediately you believe that you can do X or Y, you start to look for the alternatives and the ways to do them and How to Set Goals. If you do not believe it, you would be in the limbo, you will not realize about the idea that it is possible to do X or Y. Dr. Wayne Dyer talk a lot about How to Set Goals and how to follow them; the movie "The Secret" shows you what to do and so on out there about examples that would convince you to start doing something for you.
How to Set Goals and Mind Set
Having the correct and Positive Mind Set would start showing you that almost everything is possible. NOTE: Yes, you read right, almost everything is possible. The saying telling that nothing is impossible is just not truth in my opinion because numbers are infinite and you can make a simple formula like 2 + 2 = 5 wish is incorrect and IMPOSSIBLE. Use this simple equation and bring the numbers to the infinite that makes it IMPOSSIBLE and you got it, the impossible things are infinite and the possible ones are possible too (like the numbers are). Sorry for the acclamation, it is just the truth that many don't realize and the use of numbers is a good example of it.

It is time for you to start planning how to reach your goals, what do you want and what do you need to do for them to happen. Planning is a key factor that will guide you during the process because your mind set will be changing little by little. The exercise of just planning something will open doors that you never thought possible before. Start thinking in what you deserve and want is important; it will guide you to realize them as possible and easier about How to Set Goals.
Try to interact and talk with people that think bigger than you do and reached the levels that you want to reach. Be always grateful with what you have; how many children just die yesterday and every day because the lack of water, medicine or common resources that you have? Been grateful will help you to change your mind set to a more positive one and will make you to think different and deeper. Be grateful with what others have, respect them and admire them because you will be one of them too.
Stop thinking about problems and start thinking about the solutions to those problems (and the problems of others). Try to listen more the Music that you like and makes you happier (I do it every day). Watch comedy shows on TV when you can. Read a good book about the material like from Dr. Wayne Dyer and/or Anthony Robbins. Be more active looking for some kind of physical work-out or daily exercise which will help you to release some energy and to feel more and more alive.
You can see here that all that I mentioned is just common sense and that you already listened before but did nothing with it yet. Well, now it's the time to think more deeply and to start doing it for you, your family and your friends.
