Thailand is a favourite getaway among nature-lovers, newlyweds, and adventure-seekers. Its dazzling waters, exotic wildlife, and national parks never fail to leave a mark on the hearts of holidaymakers. All year round, it is visited by tourists from every walks and areas of the world. Visitors especially head to this beautiful country during Thailand holidays, like the Songkran festival, or the Thai New Year. There are usually more activities and festivities planned, particularly for the tourists.

One of the most sought-after things to do in Thailand is nature-tripping. Other than its dense forests and crystal blue sea, adventure seekers can travel to wildlife parks and sanctuaries. Here are some of them:

-Bung Boraphet Marine Sanctuary. This sanctuary is home to Thailand's largest freshwater lake. Additionally, it houses 44 species of marine plant life and 162 species of birds. This place is popular among bird lovers.

- Erawan National Park. The most popular attraction in this park is the Matchless Erawan Waterfalls, named one of the most beautiful in Asia. This park features huge, beautiful caves that have amazing limestone formations.

-Hat Thai Muang National Park. Known for its 13-kilometer Thai Muang beach, this national park is a breeding ground for two of the rarest sea turtles in Asia.

- Huai Kha Khaeng-Thung Yai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary. Designated by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site, it is the largest continuous stretch of wildlife in Southeast Asia. The place is also among the last natural homes of tigers.

Tourists also can spend their Thailand holidays swimming in some the world's most breathtaking beaches. People that have gone here have a clue how spectacular Thai coastlines are. They can choose between:

-Patong Beach. It is the largest and the most popular beach in the island of Phuket. Its soft white sand and warm waters is sure to appeal to every beach-loving tourist.

- Railey Beach. Though officially part of the mainland, Railey Beach is only accessible by boat and contains a desert island feel that is a sure hit for vacationers.

- Maya Bay. This beach is situated in a small bay and encompassed by tall limestone cliffs. Because there are no accommodations here, Maya Bay may only be visited on day trips by boat.

-Kata Beach. Tourists who will be in for a quick drive will cherish this beach. Just a couple of miles outside the hustle and bustle of Patong beach lay a less busy spot in South Phuket. This place is a destination for surfers, as waves can be intense during low season.

- Hua Hun Beach. This beach is really popular among the locals. Even though it is not great for swimming, tourists may go here to have picnic with their loved ones and good friends.

There's a lot more to say about Thailand. Travelling to and exploring this country is similar to discovering paradise on earth. With its rich culture and enchanting destinations, more and more people are planning to spend their vacations and holidays to Thailand. This country can present you with some of the best vacations you can ever have.
